Our first gin

HEAVEN

In Hedmark we do not have access to the sea. However, we do have a very special and beautiful sky, which on the horizon meets the country's most fertile soil. The beautiful blue color of the sky and selected flavors from both Hedmark and further afield are united in our new Himmel gin.

A tribute to Hedmark's natural wealth

It is with great pride that we launch Himmel, our new gin. Himmel stands out from the crowd in both taste and presentation. We combine local knowledge and craftsmanship to create a gin that aims to honor our heritage while introducing something new and exciting to the market.

Himmel is a tribute to the local resources of Hedmark. We have carefully selected a blend of local ingredients, such as apple and angelica root, and traditional gin herbs as well as organic and exotic herbs from around the world. The result is a dry gin with flavors of juniper berries and angelica, citrus and apple. The characteristic blue color comes from dried blue butterfly pea flower.

This is the first spirit we produce for sale with our new distillation apparatus in the old premises of Løten Brenneri, which has a rich history of producing quality spirits.

Blue Skies and Good Occasions

Whether you're looking for something special for a gathering or want to experiment with new flavors at home, our gin is an elegant and exciting choice. With its fresh notes, depth and unique character, Himmel can be enjoyed on its own or as an ingredient in creative cocktail recipes. With its hint of apple flavor, Himmel is also perfect for the fall season, where it definitely goes with a GT, with an apple slice from your own garden and some fresh rosemary. Launch and availability: Himmel will be available for sale from September 4th in selected wine monopolies and on the wine monopolies' order selection (store/website/app).
